Reports to: M&E Manager
Duration 18 days.
Location of assignment: Osukuru subcounty ,Tororo District
Expected start date: Mid-March 2025 with training on 13th March 2025.
Share An Opportunity Uganda is hiring a short-term research assistant to support the impact
research study of the CCCD project in Osukuru Tororo Eastern Uganda.
Roles
1. support in mobilizing and coordinating research in the local context.
2. Language translation/interpretation.
3. Support in moderating FGD
4. Transcribing data
5. Mobilize research respondent
6. Conduct KII among respondents
Qualifications
Must be doing or currently completing a master’s degree in social sciences, social work,
community development, development studies, or a related field at the time of applying.
Required language
Must be able to speak both Ateso and Jopadhola .Residing within Osukuru or nearby will be an
added advantage
Experience
Experience in conducting research
Experience in transcribing
Experience in conducting qualitative data analysi
