At Samuel Hall, our Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) pillar is dedicated to monitoring human rights and tracking the impact of policies and programmes on individuals.
We are currently still hashtaghiring a Research Assistant to join our team.
🗓️ Contract Duration: 24 months
📍 Location: Nairobi, Kenya

We welcome applicants based in hashtagNairobi or willing to relocate there but must have existing right to work in Kenya.
🎓 Requirements:
➡ Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
➡ A Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Political Sciences, Statistics, International Economics, International Development Studies, Migration Studies, Monitoring and Evaluation, or a related field
Excellent spoken and written English (proficiency in French, Kiswahili, Arabic, or other languages is a plus)
➡ Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
➡ Proficiency in qualitative, quantitative, or statistical software (e.g., SPSS, Stata, R, NVIVO) and data visualization tools
