Remote Sales Agents

Palnode IT Solutions is a leading software company based in Uganda, specializing in software development, mobile apps, and website solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Commissioned Salesperson to join our remote team. This position offers a competitive commission-based compensation structure with the flexibility of working remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential clients interested in software development, mobile apps, and website solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our services and capabilities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commission-based sales, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Uganda-based candidates preferred, but open to remote candidates within East Africa.
