Reporting to the Head – Diaspora Banking & Remittances, partnering with the MTOs and Bank’s ICT team to craft products that add value and enhance customer experiences.
The Role:
Specifically, the successful jobholder will be required to:
- Work with ICT on new cross-border product development, enhancements, and innovations
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, controls, and expected deliverables
- Partner with ICT on system integrations and testing
- Timely submission of project progress reports to all stakeholders
- Delivery of project quality standard based on the agreed timelines
- Conduct post project evaluation and dissemination activities for stakeholders
- Ensure high availability and reliability of critical services/system success rate through monitoring and remediation of technical vulnerabilities in a timely manner
- Remittance transaction and volume performance reporting
- Branch remittance performance reporting
- Sub-agent remittance performance reporting
- MTO and branch Support on System Issues
- Reconciliation of remittance transactions
Skills, Competencies and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree and/or minimum of 3 years of IT/Product Management experience in FinTech/Money/Transfer business
- Proven track record of leading the development and implementation of successful product strategies.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills and proven ability to leverage data in decision making.
- High level collaboration skills and ability to work in a team environment with a focus of winning as a team.
- Demonstrate a solid awareness in risk management whilst driving service excellence.
