Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Relationship Officer to join our team in Kaduna, Gwagwalada, and Kano. This full-time, on-site role involves managing customer relationships, handling loan disbursement and collection, verifying customer businesses, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for loan disbursement.
- Verify customers’ businesses and take inventory to determine appropriate loan amounts.
- Ensure timely collection of loan repayments.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers.
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide financial guidance as needed.
- Engage in sales activities to meet or exceed assigned targets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service daily.
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Communication
- .Competence in Finance and Sales with proven success in achieving targets
- .Expertise in Customer Service with a passion for addressing client needs
- .Excellent Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills
- .Ability to work well both in a team and independently
- .Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- .Fresh graduate with 0-1 year experience.
