Position Overview

We are looking  for a motivated  and experienced  RelationshipManageto join our dynamic  team.  This role  is  suited  for  a  professional  with a  strong  background in relationship  management and business development, who is passionate about  customer satisfaction and growth  in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute client acquisition and retention  strategies.
  • Manage and  nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction  and loyalty.
  • Identify new business opportunities to grow the  mortgage  portfolio.
  • Meet with clients  regularly to assess their needs and offer customized  financial  solutions.
  • Work closely with  internal  departments to deliver seamless service.
  • Prepare regular reports on client activities, sales performance, and market insights.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, AML, and KYC regulations.
  • Stay informed  on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns and events to boost brand visibility.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in Business Administration,  Finance,  Banking, or a  related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relationship management within the financial  industry.
  • Strong  interpersonal and communication skills with persuasive negotiation  ability.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and client portfolio growth.
  • Excellent problem-solving and  analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented  and a strong team player.
