Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive and compassionate nursing care to patients.
  • Perform nursing assessments, monitor patient progress, and report on health changes.
  • Administer prescribed treatments, and medications, and perform procedures as necessary.
  • Educate patients and families on disease management and health promotion.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols.

Qualifications

    • Educational Requirements: At least a Diploma in Nursing/Midwifery or a Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc).
    • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare facility. We cannot accommodate training; only candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
    • Specialization: Post-basic training in Nurse Practitioner programs (Family or Pediatrics specialization preferred, Mental Health specialization is not required).
    • Licensing: Must have passed the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) licensure exam and maintained renewal for at least 2-3 years.

Salary

  • The position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₦120,000 to ₦150,000, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
