
REGIONAL MANAGER KISII
Job purpose
The office holder will ensure sustainable growth of the assigned region and provide leadership to the regional office; ensuring key performance indicators and targets for the region are met.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and co-ordinate sales activation programs organized within the region.
- Supervise unit offices and provide the necessary leadership.
- Monitor the activities of all units through daily reports and align the activities including prospecting clients, unit visits and trainings to the desired revenue objectives.
- Lead effective training of the regional team on various aspects including the products and maintain such record.
- To ensure all teams within the region attain the set targets through coordination with operations and sales and marketing teams.
- Ensure adequacy of marketing merchandise, product brochures and application forms at the units.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly and monthly reports of regional office performance as per Key Performance Indicators Matrixes.
- Champion the delivery of consistent, seamless, and trusted customer service to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Ensure complaint resolution within the approved timeline.
- Build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders in the region i.e. partners, agents, and customers.
- In-depth understanding of KUPA products, including coverage options, benefits, and exclusions.
- Manage the office for optimal operational performance.
- Planning for and developing staff in the Regional Office
- Any other duties that may arise from time to time relating to KUPA management activities.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- A degree in business related course or its equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
- Regional management experience is an added advantage
- Relevant professional qualification in Insurance, any relevant certification will be an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical Computer skills.
