
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in business development, entrepreneur support and project management to lead our regional operations. The ideal candidate will drive strategic initiatives, oversee program implementation, and build robust stakeholder relationships, ensuring the alignment of regional activities with the organization’s mission and vision. This role demands a strategic leader with exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional strategies in alignment with the organization’s overall mission, vision, and objectives.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of programs to ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with local government entities, community leaders, partner organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) team to track project progress, outcomes, and impact metrics.
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to identify and pursue funding opportunities
- Engage with Local partners to secure financial support and foster long-term relationships.
9 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, International Development, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development and project management, preferably in non-profit or regional development settings.
- Proven track record in strategy development, program implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
