Role Purpose
We are looking for energetic individual with a good understanding of customer service principles, debt collection and recoveries best practices to lead our recoveries team.
Responsibilities
- Proactively lead the team to follow up and encourage clients to make timely loan repayments and/ or negotiate payment plans
- Establish repayment schedules, monitoring repayment of debts, and adherence by debtors to instalment schedules.
- Devise and manage recovery strategies
- Manage the admin and delivery of all legal documents
- Document and manage all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Answer incoming calls and respond to clients queries
- Complete call logs and reports
- Maintain thriving relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Manage the recoveries team

Requirements
- Appropriate degree
- Management experience in leading a team
- Debt collection / Recoveries experience
