POSITION: RECEPTIONIST SUPERVISOR (1 POST).
REPORTING TO: OPERATION MANAGER.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Supervises front desk team members to ensure efficient and smooth operation.
• Great and welcome all guests, assist them with check-in, check-out and maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanors at all times.
• Controls cash transactions at the front desk and cross check all billing instructions are correctly updated.
• Attending to the H.O.D morning briefing.
• Participate in the room’s inspection before the check in of the guests.
• Answer all company’s phone calls from internal and external.
• Build strong relationships and liaise with all other departments.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient
manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service
Education and Qualification.
• Certificates or diploma in hotel management.
• 2+ years of previous experience as a front office supervisor or a related role preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Solid customer service skills
• Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills
• Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• In-depth understanding of the lodge operations.
