RECEPTIONIST

If you are a star Receptionist, you will be required to be friendly, organized, customer-focused and be the first point of contact for guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Relations & Front Desk Operations: Welcome guests, ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, and collect feedback. Ensure in-house guests have a comfortable stay.
  • Preparation & Coordination: Manage key cards, guest information, and maintain accurate reservation records.
  • Upselling & Extra Services: Promote additional services like laundry, airport transfers, and pantry restocking.
  • Communication & Customer Service: Handle guest and homeowner inquiries professionally via phone, email, or in person. Address concerns and special requests efficiently.
  • Homeowner & Business Development Support: Direct potential property owners to the Business Development team and assist in managing homeowner concerns.

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in front desk, hospitality, or customer service
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
