Job Title: Real Estate Sales Agent

Location: Lagos (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our sales team as Real Estate Sales Agents.
  • This role is remote but you must reside in Lagos.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through various channels including referrals, networking, and online platforms.
  • Schedule property viewings with potential clients.
  • Provide comprehensive information about properties to prospective buyers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve high sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees (or related) with 2 – 5 years relevant work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.

Remuneration

  • Salary: N780,000 Annually fixed. 420,000 Bonus (per year)
  • Compensation: 10% Commission.
