Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Description
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting and contract administration for MEPF & ELV projects. They will work closely with project teams to minimize costs, enhance value, and ensure quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
- Assist in tracking changes in plans or constructions, update budgets.
- Make valuations and ensure quality control of work done
- Identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks.
- Prepare and analyze costings for tenders.
- Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports.
- Follow up to ensure deliverables are being created on schedule
- Value completed work and arrange payments.
- Document progress, materials and reports on project
- Assist in preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the Project managers, design department and/or the client.
- Undertake cost and Tender analysis for company’s projects
- Assist in establishing client’s requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
- Arrange payments to suppliers and sub-contractors
Requirements
- University Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum of 4 years of direct experience in the building services industry with a focus on Electromechanical, Firefighting, HVAC, plumbing and Extra-Low Voltage systems projects.
- Professional certification with Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS), Quantity Surveyors Registration Board (QSRBN) and other Professional bodies will be an added advantage.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / Month.
