QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

Education

  •  – Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field.

Experience

  •  – Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in food safety management systems as well as managing audits, preferably in an FMCG.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • – Implement and update the Food Safety Management System in line with FSSC 22000 current version.
  • – Ensure compliance with all local regulatory, ethnic, and religious certification requirements.
  • – Ensure new product developments are in line with the set international food safety standards.
  • – Plan and coordinate internal and external audits.
  • – Plan and conduct training sessions on Food Safety protocols to internal stakeholders.
  • – Conduct process validation studies to inform specification limits.
  • – Ensure adherence to GMP, GHPs and PRPs, OPRPs and CCPs in the plant.
  • – Plant cleanliness and hygiene
  • – Investigate Customer complaints & Root Cause Analysis.
  • – Development of SOPs relevant to Food Safety.
