Education
- – Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field.
Experience
- – Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in food safety management systems as well as managing audits, preferably in an FMCG.
Roles/Responsibilities
- – Implement and update the Food Safety Management System in line with FSSC 22000 current version.
- – Ensure compliance with all local regulatory, ethnic, and religious certification requirements.
- – Ensure new product developments are in line with the set international food safety standards.
- – Plan and coordinate internal and external audits.
- – Plan and conduct training sessions on Food Safety protocols to internal stakeholders.
- – Conduct process validation studies to inform specification limits.
- – Ensure adherence to GMP, GHPs and PRPs, OPRPs and CCPs in the plant.
- – Plant cleanliness and hygiene
- – Investigate Customer complaints & Root Cause Analysis.
- – Development of SOPs relevant to Food Safety.
