QUALITY ASSURANCE INTERNS (5 POSITIONS)
Reports to: Quality Assurance & Compliance Supervisor
Tensenses Africa EPZ Ltd seeks to recruit Quality assurance Interns whose duties & responsibilities are as follow and not limited to;
Key Responsibilities:
1. Raw material receiving
Vehicle inspections, SKR analysis, material identification, lab analysis and receiving of all other materials.
2. Hygiene & sanitation
Waste management checks- garbage collection, hand wash and utilities inspections, Housekeeping, GMP and facility hygiene inspections.
3. Process control
Inspection of style grading, random check-ups, customer samples, inspection of dispatched goods, drier monitoring, record keeping, documentation, research and development and staff trainings.
4. Driers & Moisture Monitoring
Determination of moistures of blowing driers, heat drying driers, inspection of nut washing, and drier loading, batching, traceability, documentation of drier loading and cleaning inspections.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or any other business-related course with FSSC knowledge.
- Ability to effectively use computer software including, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
