Qualitative Research Consultant

Zizi Afrique Foundation (ZAF) is a not-for-profit Company incorporated in Kenya with Registration No. CPR/2015/210040. She
envisions a world where all children and youth learn and thrive. ZAF is initiating a process to develop a knowledge and evidence
mobilization strategy and identify capacity gaps with data users in the context of children 4-10 years. This is premised on the
Unlocking Data Initiative (UDI) where the initiative aims to increase users and users of evidence. Whereas there is evidence in
the foundational learning ecosystem there is a need to have a strategy on how to mobilise the same, as well as understand the
politics of data in the ecosystem.

2. About the UDI Initiative

Zizi Afrique Foundation is a member of a consortium undertaking an initiative to promote the unlocking of foundational
learning data and evidence in Kenya, Malawi and Cameroon with a focus on children aged 4 to 10 years. The initiative has three
components: Mapping and situational analysis at the country level; Use of data to address priority research questions and
evidence gaps; Cultivating communities of learning at country and regional levels; and Sharing and synthesising experiences,
