
Competent and dynamic person having laboratory analytical skills and knowledge of milk powder processing and packaging Quality assurance systems. Exposure of stirred yoghurt and butter processing and testing will be an added advantage.
Roles and responsibilities
- Hands on Analytical skills and processing knowledge of raw milk, milk powder, butter, ghee and yoghurt products.
- Actively monitor and control Quality and food safety systems on ground floor. Solve problem on the production floor with instant decision.
- Leadership skills. Able to lead the team of about 25 – 30 people working in various section within quality.
- Minimize non confirming products by continuously monitoring and leading his team’s performance.
- Minimize customer complaints by maintaining product quality as per specification or standard.
- Communication – Excellent in communicating daily activity of shop floor.
- Good command over oral and written English language.
Experience and education
Bachelor’s degree in food science and technology, food engineering, food microbiology or equivalent with ground experience of at least 5 years or above. Work experience of dairy industry will be highly preferred.
