PURCHASING MANAGER

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or professional certifications preferred.
  • Should be a Certified Professional in Supply Management – CPSM or Certified
    Purchasing Manager – CPM)
  • Member of KISM
  • Proficiency in using procurement software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Proven experience in pricing and procurement roles within the distribution industry, with a strong understanding of pricing strategies, procurement processes, and supply chain management principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, conduct market research, and make data-driven decisions to optimize pricing and procurement activities.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
