We seek to hire experienced, self-driven, honesty, and results oriented candidate to fill in the role of Sales & Marketing officer. The desired persons will be reporting to company management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop effective and consistent lead generation tactics.
- Close sales deals with potential clients already established.
- Produce a pipeline of sales prospects.
- Build and enhance relationships with converted customers by providing after sales support, walk with the customer until they receive the titled deed.
- Support the companies Brand goodwill Homes Limited.
- Carry out other related tasks that might be assigned.
Requirements for the Property Sales & Marketing Executive Job:
- Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Marketing from a reputable institution.
- A competent user of the Internet, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
- At least 2-3 years’ experience working as a Marketer/Sales Executive/officer, experience in real estate sector will be an added advantage.
- Must have a strong understanding of the current trends in the real estate sector.
- Must have at least 1500 followers on Social Media pages.
- Must be ready to commence work immediately.

- A strong team player and capable of managing a team.
- Ability to perform with minimal supervision and keen to details
