As a Property Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in driving our company’s success by generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and delivering exceptional service throughout the buying process.
Your responsibilities will span from marketing and advertising to conducting site visits and market analysis, ensuring that our clients have a seamless and satisfactory experience. Salary: Competitive salary of Ksh. 20,000- 25,000.

Roles and Responsibilities of a Property Sales Lead.
1. Lead Generation
- Networking: Attend industry events, seminars, and local community activities to build a network of potential clients.
- Online Presence: Maintain a strong online presence through social media, personal website, and professional networks like LinkedIn.
- Cold Calling: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling and email campaigns.
- Referrals: Encourage satisfied clients to refer friends, family, and colleagues.
- Partnerships: Establish relationships with local businesses, mortgage brokers, and other real estate professionals to generate leads.
2. Lead Conversion
- Follow-up: Regularly follow up with leads through calls, emails, and personal visits to nurture relationships.
- Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to understand the needs and preferences of clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with potential buyers to close deals.
- Documentation: Assist clients with the necessary documentation and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
3. Advertising and Marketing
- Email Campaigns: Design and send targeted email campaigns to promote properties.
- Traditional Marketing: Utilize traditional marketing methods such as flyers, brochures, and newspaper ads.
- Open Houses: Organize and host open house events to showcase properties.
4. Client Relationship Management
- CRM Systems: Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage client information and track interactions.
- Client Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from clients to improve services.
- Post-sale Service: Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
5. Site Visits
- Property Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of properties before showing them to clients.
- Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers.
- Presentation: Present properties in a professional and appealing manner, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Local Knowledge: Stay informed about the local real estate market and community amenities to provide clients with comprehensive information.
6. Market Research and Analysis
- Trends Analysis: Monitor market trends and stay updated on property values, new listings, and competitive activity.
- Comparative Market Analysis: Prepare comparative market analysis to help clients understand property values.
- Forecasting: Provide clients with market forecasts and investment advice based on current trends.
7. Administrative Tasks
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of transactions, client communications, and property listings.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
8. Professional Development
- Training: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry changes, new technologies, and best practices.
