Mission

 

  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
    • Allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
    • Assign tasks and responsibilities, monitoring performance and progress.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to review project updates and address challenges.
  • Monitoring and Reporting
    • Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
    • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
    • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure all project outputs meet established quality standards.
    • Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain compliance with regulations and guidelines.
  • Stakeholder Communication
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
    • Manage expectations and provide updates on project progress and changes.
  • Problem Solving
    • Address and resolve project-related issues promptly.
    • Adapt plans and strategies to overcome unforeseen challenges.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, Building Engineering, or a related field (required).
  • 3-5 years of experience in project supervision or management.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, etc).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
