Program Overview:
Our 12-month Project Manager Graduate Trainee Program offers an immersive experience managing complex banking technology projects. This program is designed to cultivate the next generation of project management talent in the dynamic intersection of finance and technology.
The program is structured as follows:
- Months 1-3: Intensive training on NLS Tech Solutions’ banking software suite, project management methodologies, and the regulatory landscape of digital banking.
- Months 4-6: Shadowing senior project managers, participating in client meetings, and contributing to ongoing banking tech implementations.
- Months 7-12: Hands-on project leadership, managing small to medium-sized banking software projects under mentorship, and directly interfacing with financial institution clients.
- Throughout the program, you’ll gain practical experience managing the unique challenges of banking technology projects, including data security, regulatory compliance, and integration with legacy systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field
- Class of 2023 or 2024 graduate
- Understanding of the financial sector and digital banking (preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities and adaptability
- Leadership potential and resource management skills
