We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with educational Background in Architecture to join our dynamic team and drive innovative architectural solutions that align with global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality assurance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to translate client requirements into executable architectural plans.
- Architectural Design: Develop innovative and sustainable architectural designs, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and local building regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, local laws, and safety regulations.
- Sustainable Practices: Incorporate environmentally sustainable design principles into projects.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and reports using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in architectural design and project execution, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
- Professional registration with a recognized body (e.g., ARCON or equivalent).
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP etc) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO standards in the construction industry and familiarity with local and international building codes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Passion for sustainable and innovative architectural design.
