Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Development Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in project development and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
This role is pivotal in managing and coordinating project activities, ensuring successful execution, and contributing to the overall development strategy of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Oversee and manage the development of projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline objectives.
• Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues associated with projects. Develop mitigation strategies and implement solutions to address challenges.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and project files. Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and address their concerns or queries promptly.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables and ensure they meet the required standards and specifications. Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards.
• Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets. Monitor expenditures and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project development, preferably within the construction or civil engineering industry.
• Skills:
o Strong project management and organizational skills.
o Proficiency in project management software and tools.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Certifications: Project management certification is a plus.
