Excel Construction Ltd seeks A PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR. Reporting to the Director – Projects, the incumbent will be responsible for:
- Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans.
- Execute project management administration.
- Supervise the project procurement process.
- Handle administrative tasks for the project manager and team members to keep the project running smoothly.
- Man-Power management
- Quality and Value management
- Coordinating of Material Requirement Schedules
- Coordinating material requirement schedule, Checking material indent raised from site
- Coordinating of monthly material reconciliation report for each site
- Responsible for collection of monthly progress reports and preparation of MIS report for each site.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management with at least 15 years of relevant working experience and 10 years or more as a Project Coordinator in a construction company.
A professional Certification will be an added advantage. Advanced knowledge in implementation of HSE on site is a MUST.
All candidates must have computer knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and Autocad.
