DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in conducting research and analyzing data to provide meaningful insights to support the execution of the project.
- Develop reports based on the research and analysis conducted.
- Monitor and report project status to team lead/programme manager/internal FirstBank client as the case demands on regular basis.
- Maintain complete project documentations for reference purposes.
- Perform assigned tasks from the project work streams Leads
- Interact with internal FirstBank clients and project team to plan and develop project work.
- Respond to questions and concerns from project team and other stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Communicate with internal FirstBank clients to clearly understand project requirements and scope.
- Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in internal FirstBank client communications.
- Schedule stakeholder meetings to discuss about project updates and issues.
- Build positive working relationship with Project team, representatives of the Business and ensure work satisfaction.
- Provide training to internal FirstBank clients on project deliverables when needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum grade of 2.2.
Experience
- Minimum experience – 0 to 1 year.
