Job Title: Project Accounting Supervisor

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Overview

  • This role is responsible for reviewing project accounts and overseeing fixed assets by providing timely reconciliation of capital work in progress and preparing accurate and timely financial reports in compliance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, ICAN, etc.) are mandatory. An MBA will be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience in a similar function, preferably with oil and gas services experience.
  • Excellent customer service and great time management skills.
  • Excellent management skills with accounts receivable.
  • Strong computer skills- Ability to work with accounting packages.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and well-structured manner.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and build strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills with experience using formulas/ pivot tables, etc.
