Job Description:
As a Programs Trainer Intern at Peak Performance International you will work closely with our training team to assist in the development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience in instructional design, facilitation techniques, and program evaluation within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in designing and updating training materials and resources for various programs.
– Support trainers in delivering training sessions to participants both in-person and virtually.
– Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communication.
– Conduct research and analysis to identify training needs and trends in the industry.
– Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance metrics.
– Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve training programs and materials.
– Provide administrative support to the training department as needed.
Qualifications:
– A degree or Masters in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
– Strong communication and presentation skills.
– Passion for learning and development.
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and virtual training platforms.
– Prior experience in training, teaching, or instructional design is a plus, but not required.
