Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Program Officer to implement our high-impact youth leadership development programs. This role will also support other Lapid Leaders programs and play a crucial part in our marketing and recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver our youth leadership development programs, ensuring they meet their objectives and create meaningful impact.
– Develop and execute strategies to attract and enroll students into our programs, leveraging your understanding of the education and social justice sectors.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educators, and administrators to promote our programs and foster partnerships.
– Track and report on program outcomes, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
– Work closely with the team to support the overall goals of Lapid Leaders Africa and contribute to a collaborative and high-achieving work environment.
– A degree in Education, Law, or a related field.
– At least three years of experience working with schools, educational programs, or social justice initiatives.
– Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in marketing and recruitment is a plus.
– Self-driven, high achiever, passionate about youth development and social justice, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Salary: Gross salary of Shs. 50,000 p.m.
