mZurrie flowers is looking for Production Team leaders to be based at our Farms at Nakuru and Eldoret.
This position reports to the Production Manager. The overall goal of the position is crop production and management.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Horticulture or General Agriculture.
- At least 2 years of experience in Growing Roses or Summer Flowers.
- Knowledge of Pest and Diseases control
- Knowledge in fertigation.
- Available to work six days in a week.
- Must be pro-active and demonstrate ability to work with minimum supervision and meet set daily targets.
- Demonstrate good work supervision in the past.
- Demonstrate ability to lead a team by training on work targets, supervising, giving clear instructions and monitor team performance
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Driven by passion to achieve company goals
