Position: Procurement/Service Agent – Mile 12 and Environs
Location: Mile 12, Lagos

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Farmers & Vendors to build relationships, ensure a steady supply of high-quality produce, and negotiate pricing agreements.
- Coordinate with Riders to ensure products are delivered safely and on time, maintaining smooth logistics communication.
- Take High-Quality Product Photos to accurately represent products to customers using professional tools.
- Work closely with the Team menbers to streamline operations, track inventory, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of current market prices for foodstuff and farm produce through regular checks and price analysis to remain competitive.
- Maintain clear records of transactions, communications with farmers and vendors, and delivery schedules for transparency and efficiency.
- Package products neatly and securely, ensuring freshness and quality from sourcing to delivery.
- Check and Receive Incoming Orders promptly via the app.
- Retrieve Orders accurately according to quantity and size requirements.
- Ensure Products are Clean and Undamaged before packaging.
- Arrange Picked Products Neatly in Bags and pass them to the supervisor for dispatch.
Requirements:
- Passion for Agriculture: Deep interest in agricultural practices and the food supply chain with a commitment to supporting local farmers.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including product handling and coordinating deliveries.
- Attention to Detail & Neatness: Meticulous in handling products, ensuring neat packaging and correct labeling.
- Knowledge of Foodstuff Pricing: Familiarity with farm produce pricing, market fluctuations, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication with farmers, vendors, riders, and the internal team for smooth collaboration.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic skills in using smartphones or cameras for product photography and digital tools for tracking inventory and prices.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick-thinking in resolving logistics or sourcing issues.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with logistics, sales, and marketing teams.
- Great Attention to Detail and Excellent Time Management skills.
- Diligent and Punctual with good physical strength and stamina.
- National Diploma or Equivalent is preferred.
