Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Vendor Management.
- Purchase Planning.
- Cost Negotiation and Budgeting.
- Order Processing and Tracking.
- Quality Assurance.
- Compliance and Documentation.
- Market Research.
- Supplier Relationship Management.
- Reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hotel/tourism management
- 3 years’ experience in a similar position in a (4/5 star) Hotel.
- Commitment to professional values and integrity
Able to lead and motivate the team - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Very good command of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of one other foreign language will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to work flexible hours
- Displays initiative
