Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Vendor Management.
  • Purchase Planning.
  • Cost Negotiation and Budgeting.
  • Order Processing and Tracking.
  • Quality Assurance.
  • Compliance and Documentation.
  • Market Research.
  • Supplier Relationship Management.
  • Reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hotel/tourism management
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar position in a (4/5 star) Hotel.
  • Commitment to professional values and integrity
    Able to lead and motivate the team
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Very good command of written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of one other foreign language will be an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours
  • Displays initiative
