Procurement and Administration Associate

Responsibilities:

· Handling the procuring process

· Monitor and track procurement activities and the delivery of goods/services

· Ensure complete backup documentation for procurements, accurate and timely data recording

· Vetting of the new Suppliers

· Managing Travel; Booking flights, transfers and accommodation

· On boarding new staff and leave management

· Other administrative tasks that will be allocated

Qualifications:

· Passionate about Stable Foods Mission

· Excellent telephone, verbal and written communication skills

· The ability to keep sensitive information confidential

· Strong critical thinking skills, keen to details and excellent data management skills

· Good ethical judgment, flexible and organized

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance, Procurement or a relevant field is a distinct advantage

· 1-2 Year experience

· Proven experience in procurement role and administration an added advantage

· Excited to join a fast-growing company
