SOUS CHEF

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the À la Carte kitchen, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and maintain smooth service.
  • Ensure high-quality food presentation and taste.
  • Manage kitchen costs to meet budget targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or similar in a high-volume à la carte kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
  • Leadership, communication, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Culinary degree or certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with kitchen management software is a plus.

SENIOR RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR/ ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management position in a busy Hotel restaurant
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and multitask effectively
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant management software (POS, scheduling, inventory systems) is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, health, and safety regulations
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • May be required to work during peak hours, including weekends and holidays.

ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER

  2. Maintain the hotel’s Cleanliness Standards

  4. Monitor and manage housekeeping Inventory
  5. Collaboration and coordination with Other Departments
  6. Training & Development of new and regular staff
  7. Ensure Health & Safety Compliance
  8. Administrative Tasks
  9. Support Executive Housekeeper in day-to-day management of the housekeeping department

Key Skills and Qualities:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of cleaning standards, equipment, and supplies
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in hospitality

Experience and Education:

  • This position requires a diploma or degree in hospitality management
  • Previous supervisory experience or a management role within a hotel housekeeping department is preferred.
