We are a premier platform for booking event service providers, inviting highly skilled and professional photographers and videographers to join our growing network. Our plattorm connects clients with service providers for a variety of events, including weddings, conferences, graduations, dowry ceremonies, burials, seminars, and more.

Positions Summary

We are looking for individuals who have a passion for their craft, an eye for detail, and the experience to consistently deliver high-quality work. Our clients expect nothing less than the best, and we aim to work with service providers who can meet and exceed these expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Professional Experience: Bachelors degree in Film production, Mass communication or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years working as a photographer or videographer, with experience in covering a wide range of events.
  • Equipment: Applicants must own professional-grade cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and any other necessary tools for both capturing and editing high-quality footage.
  • Photo & Video Editing Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom and Photoshop.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of work (weddings, corporate events, graduations, etc.), with emphasis on both photography and videography skills.
  • Client Management Skills: Ability to work professionally with clients, providing excellent customer service and clear communication throughout the event process.
  • Reliability: A proven track record of meeting deadlines, delivering projects on time, and working under minimal supervision.
  • Teamwork: If working on larger events, you should be able to collaborate seamlessly with other service providers.
  • Livestreaming: Experience in providing livestreaming services for events is a plus. Familiarity with necessary software and hardware for live broadcasts will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Coverage: Capture high-quality photos and videos of the event, ensuring key moments are professionally documented.
  • Editing & Delivery: Edit and retouch photos and videos, ensuring they meet the clients specifications, and deliver the final products within agreed deadlines.
  • Client Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with clients from booking to post-event, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Livestreaming (Optional): Provide livestreaming services where required, ensuring stable, high-quality broadcasts.
  • Eventasy Platform Use: Work within the Eventeasy platform to manage bookings, client preferences, and deliverables.
