Overview
- We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Pharmacist to join our team and oversee the operations of our Ojodu pharmacy branch in Lagos.
Job Description
- As the Lead Pharmacist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the pharmacy, ensuring exceptional pharmaceutical care to our clients.
- Your leadership will guide the pharmacy team to meet targets, ensure efficiency, compliance with regulations, and high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications and managing inventory.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team. (Lead Pharmacist and Healthcare Assistants)
- Ensure compliance with Pharmaceutical standards.
- Provide expert consultation on drug therapies and interact with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.
- Medical consultation
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote the safe and effective use of medication.
- Manage the budget and resources of the pharmacy, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or equivalent degree.
- 2 – 4 years experience in a relevant position
- Leadership skills
- Attentive to details and highly organized.
