Position: Full-Time Pharmacist
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Pharmacist: A valid pharmacist license in Nigeria is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experience in a professional pharmacy setting.
- Customer-centric Skills: Strong upselling and cross-selling abilities to enhance customer experience.
- Tech-Savvy Professional: Computer proficiency is essential, as BetterYou is a digitally inclined company.
- Passion for Patient Care: Exceptional communication skills and dedication to providing a personalized experience.
- Innovative Thinker: Eager to stay updated on pharmacy practice and technology developments.
- Team Player: Collaborative and willing to share knowledge to improve team performance and patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications and provide detailed medication counseling to patients.
- Monitor patient health and progress to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure comprehensive and efficient patient care.
- Stay updated on pharmaceutical developments and regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our pharmacy services.
