
Job Title: Pharma Sales Executive
Job Purpose: To facilitate the achievement of sales targets by engaging the Medical sales representatives & coordinating sales activities and maintaining good internal and external customer relationships.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and updates.
- Analyze sales trends, identify business gaps and communicate with the assigned Business unit heads and the concerned personnel for improved business.
- Calculate & prepare the incentive proposal for the sales teams as per the Incentive Policy.
- Analyze, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing expenditure.
- Distribute sales target among the sales teams on a monthly basis.
- Scrutinize and evaluate the Tour Programs, Tour Reports, Exam Papers of the sales representatives & prepare a summary report.
- Monitor eDCR (electronic Daily Call Report) Apps related activities of the Medical sales representatives by updating Customer database, Medical Representatives database, Monthly promotional tools etc.
- Facilitating in training sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Frequent market visits to develop the market by identifying selling possibilities, new opportunities, prescription generation and customer needs.
- Generating reports on progress and outlining any strategies to ensure continuous sales growth.

Required qualifications and experience
- Bsc in any Pharmaceutical sciences course.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the relevant field.
- Field sales experience of 1-2 yrs will be desirable.
