
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries & cakes.
- Maintain quality and quantity control in all aspects; portion control to freshness of the products.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Clean and maintain assigned station and overall kitchen by practising good safety and sanitation.
- Good grooming.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Previous working experience in a busy kitchen.
- Reliable and hardworking.
