Pastry Chef

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries & cakes.
  • Maintain quality and quantity control in all aspects; portion control to freshness of the products.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Clean and maintain assigned station and overall kitchen by practising good safety and sanitation.
  • Good grooming.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Previous working experience in a busy kitchen.
  • Reliable and hardworking.
