We are looking for a Parts Distribution Centre Supervisor, who will be responsible for inbound logistics, warehouse operations and outbound logistics for Parts and Accessories.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, Parts & Accessories, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that Parts and Accessories required to run the business are processed, shipped, stored, and delivered in a timely manner.
- Implementing and monitoring strategic initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, safety, and other warehouse performance metrics.
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of all import documentation.
- Collaborating with sales, operations and customer service teams on order delivery times.
- Ensuring all operations including inbound and outbound deliveries meet safety and quality standards.
- Ensuring and being accountable for inventory assurance and accuracy.
- Coordinating order processing to customers and dealers.
- Efficiently coordinating outbound logistics to customers and dealers.
- Monitoring warehousing and supply chain expenditure, material master changes, system & physical inventory movement.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Upper second) in mechanical engineering or a business-related degree.
- CIPS Diploma in Procurement and Supply or its equivalent is an added advantage.
- KCSE mean grade B+.
- Five (5) years’ relevant experience
