Job Summary
The Partnership and Grants Officer reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO).
S/he will provide administrative and project management support to the COO in delivering
the objectives of WTM Donors and Partnership goals and objectives. The role will contribute
to overall partnership management and use of accountability frameworks including
maintaining compliance with donor regulations and requirements
He/she will be accountable for the preparation, co-ordination and implementation of
Partnership activities including consolidated annual departmental plans.

• Records Management and Archival.
Requirements, Qualifications & Experiences (essential/desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business related course, Management, Communication or related field.
• Master’s in Business Administration, Management, Public Relations or related field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum years (3) years’ experience in grant writing, fundraising and partnership development in a busy environment.
• Highly organised with ability to prioritise and meet donor and partners deadlines.
• Understanding of nonprofit development and fundraising principles.
• Strong interpersonal skills and self-awareness.
• Excellent numerical skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication.
• Adaptability and flexibility and able to collaborate and support others.
• Effective team player who fosters collaborative environment.
• Adept at creative problem solving.
• Strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ as evidenced by spiritual maturity and a close daily walk with Him.
