CREDIT CONTROLLER
Reporting to the Head of Finance, The Credit Controller will proactively manage the company’s debtors
accounts so as to maximise on collections in accordance with the company’s credit policy. He/She will
implement the company’s strategy for timely payments and DSO, process incoming funds, reconcile
invoices, resolve account queries and manage debt recovery and act as the lead coordinator for all debt
related activities within the company.
HEAD OF SALES & MARKETING
The sales department requires a dynamic Group Head of Sales & Marketing who has the vision and
leadership ability to grow sales volumes and grow the brand image through sustained marketing activities
that are designed to take the company into a new and exciting phase of its development as part of the
senior management team. The position requires an individual with foresight, management focus and a firm
grasp of the sales and marketing process and realities of the integrated facilities and customer service
industry.
The Group Head of Sales and Marketing will be expected to lead, inspire, develop and spearhead the sales
growth of the company through his /her team, maintaining at all times the ethos of partnership and shared
decision making which is so fundamental to the department’s success. It will be their role to implement
company policies and to provide leadership to the staff, ensuring that they share and reflect the company’s
mission, values and aspirations within all our regions.
REGIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE / ACCOUNT MANAGER
The overall purpose of the Regional BDE / Account Manager position is to achieve and surpass regional
sales targets, thereby contributing to revenue generation, growth and account/market penetration within
assigned territory or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and services and
managing customer relationships to deliver on customer retention forecasts.
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER
We seek to identify and bring on board an astute Supply Chain professional whose overall responsibility will
involve overseeing all purchasing and logistics activities so as to ensure that purchased items are both cost
efficient and of high quality and delivered on time across our networks. The Supply Chain Manager’s
responsibilities will include coordinating procurement activities, maintaining positive supplier relations,
evaluating supply options, approving purchases, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring purchased goods
and services meet the company’s ethical, environmental and quality standards.
