Responsibilities

- Engage with clients to facilitate loan recovery.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements
- Minimum of an SSCE/NCE/OND/HND with at least a month’s experience in Recovery
- Must possess either an Android phone or an iPhone.
- Proximity to Allen Avenue, Ikeja, is essential.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays and two Sundays a month, with days for leave and weekends, is paid as overtime, and free lunch is provided during the weekend overtime.
- Immediate Resumption Required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Basic Salary is 100k [that is 80k Basic attendance bonus 20k ] While performance bonus [Commission &Overtime] weekly and monthly is up to 70k-150k
- Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage is fully paid by the company.
- The pension plan is fully funded by the company.
