As we grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to lead and streamline our day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of quality and service that exceed guest expectations.

Position Overview:

The Operations Manager will oversee the seamless execution of daily activities across all departments, including, but not limited to, front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and recreation services. This role demands an experienced and hands-on leader with strong operational knowledge, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be passionate about enhancing guest experiences and optimizing processes to drive efficiency and uphold Asyana Gardens’ reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of all departments to ensure high standards of service and efficiency.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Manage and optimize budgets, expenditures, and resources, focusing on cost-effective strategies without compromising quality.
  • Coordinate with department heads to schedule staff, manage inventory, and address any operational challenges.
  • Conduct regular quality checks, ensuring facilities and amenities are well-maintained and meet brand standards.
  • Support and mentor department leaders, fostering a team culture focused on guest satisfaction and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and staff.
  • Collaborate with the sales and events teams to support successful event planning and execution.
  • Analyze operational data and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • An MBA is an added advantage
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry, or in a related industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on team development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, effective decisions.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on detail and process optimization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
