About the Role:

We seek a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support daily operations, ensure efficient processes, and contribute to the smooth functioning of the organization. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing operational activities to ensure efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
  • Support the management team in implementing operational policies, procedures, and strategies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to maintain supplies and materials.
  • Handle correspondence, schedule appointments, and manage communications for the operations team.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to deliver timely and efficient service.
  • Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and maintaining accurate databases.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role.
  • Having a knack for tech.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and scheduling.
