
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Microfinance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an operations or administrative role, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
