Duties & Responsibilities:
- Write engaging, high-quality content for app push notifications that grabs users’ attention.
- Gather and manage EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) requirements, including configuration, coordination, and distribution.
- Collect on-site marketing requirements and process related data to enhance user experience.
- Gather post-ad campaign feedback and provide data insights for future optimization.
Qualifications:
- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of content creation experience with a strong grasp of e-commerce operations.
- Skill Development: Eager to improve writing skills and committed to continuous learning.
- Self-Discipline: A proactive attitude towards quality checks and accountability.
- Patience & Precision: Willing to revise content until it aligns with standards and requirements.
- Communication: Clear English pronunciation with a readiness to share ideas actively.
- Adaptability: Embraces changes in work content and is quick to adjust to new tasks and responsibilities.
