Position: Trainee Field Assistants

Reporting to : Estate Manager & Division In charge
Location: Kalangala
Qualifications:
University Degree or Diploma in tropical Agriculture, Agronomy, soil science or horticulture from a recognized University.
Experience in tropical crops is an added advantage.
Other Competence:
- Computer literate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to ride a motorcycle,
- Willingness to relocate to any group plantations within the estate from time to time
- Willing to learn and undergo training
Position: Data Clerk

Reporting to : EMU R&D Manager

Qualifications:
Diploma in Agriculture, Statistics and Business Administration any other related field of study.
Other competences
- Ability to research and collect data
- Experience with database training
- Maintain data quality, integrity and security
- Experience in operating basic computer software programs.
- Ability to review, verify and correct data entries with accuracy and precision.

Position: Civil Engineer

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with at least 1 years’ experience in using any design and visualization software.
Other competences
- Proven working experience in civil engineering.
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD or similar.
- Project management and supervision skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Position: GIS
No of posts: One (02)
Reporting to: General Manager
Location: Kalangala
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in surveying and Land Information Systems with at least 1 years’ experience in using any mapping software.
Other competences
- Must be familiar with mapping software Arc GIS, Global Mapper, Agisoft.
- Ability to fly drones and process aerial data.
- Willingness to relocate to any group plantations within the estate from time to time
