Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and manage front desk operations, including answering calls and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update appointment schedules.
  • Handle billing, payments, and basic financial transactions.
  • Assist in preparing treatment rooms and ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Respond to client inquiries about services, products, and promotions.
  • Manage inventory of office and skincare supplies, placing orders as needed.
  • Support marketing efforts, such as maintaining social media posts or promotional materials.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 1 – 2 years experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling tools).
  • Basic understanding of aesthetics and skincare services is a plus.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive client information.

Preferred Experience:

  • 1 – 2 years in a similar administrative role, ideally in a spa or healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with appointment scheduling software (e.g., Fresha, Mindbody).
  • Knowledge of billing and basic accounting processes.
  • Background in customer service or client relations.
